With a focus on soft skills and executive functions, players make group decisions, theory craft, and problem solve together to improve overcoming obstacles and handle random situations. We accomplish this by meeting once a week for 12 weeks per season, their will be four seasons per year. This will improve socializing skills and community building. Since players will be interacting with each other, peer to peer advice and encouragement will develop.

In addition, we help people tap into the creative side by assembling and painting miniatures of various types. Using those pieces will creates a sense of ownership and acceptance that we are all different.

With a fun, inclusive, and casually competitive setting, the weekly group meetings will be a social setting where they can be free to be themselves and at the same time learn how to respect, cooperate, and socialize. Together, this will help with learning how to overcome obstacles and think of solutions for problems that sometimes we did not plan for.
